Design of a 50 and 100 ton per hour Malachite mining plant.
Project
For this project the design of both the 3D model and P&ID needed to be done. The designed malachite plant has a large footprint of 40m x 30m and a total area of the how plant of 9000m2.
The 3D model that was done has over 30 Subassembly, the part count of the design is over 360 nr of individual parts. Many of the parts were design our self, but we also incorporated parts and assemblies done by a 3rd party companies.
The project also in entailed the drawing of the full P&ID (Process and instrumentation diagram). The drawing indicates the full process flow, motor, pumps and all instrumentation used in the plant.
