Scope of work
Ultrasonic Sensors and Endress & Hauser Samplers had to be installed and wired into a container. Lights, Plugs and Main power supply had to be installed into container.
Equipment Used
Endress & Hauser Liquiport CSP44 water sampler, Ultrasonic Sensors and a Prosonic FMU90
Design
Different samplers is used for different drain Lines. The sampler only takes a sample of the drain when it reached a certain point of flow.
Installation
Supply and install all the equipment in the short as possible time. All mechanical and electrical equipment. As per design.
Commissioning
The project was done on a limited time base. The installation and wiring was done on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the testing and Commissioning was done on Monday.
