Scope of work

We were asked to design and build an automatic blue berry filler machine that will automatically pack the blue berry’s in to a bucket to a certain amount.

Initial Work Done

We did a lot of different designs and test it till we got the right one for the job that was needed to be done. The machine is filled from the sorting production line into the hopper. A vibrating motor is used to transfer the product from the hopper into the bucket, the bucket that is placed on a scale will be measured until the desired weight set point is reached and the motor will be stopped automatically.
