We were asked to add a secondary blender to the existing system.
Installation
16 mix proof valves were added for the supply and return lines of the secondary blender, as well as 2 butterfly valves, Blender Table with blender supply pump with a VSD and high share pump with a soft starter for effective blending of dry products. An additional Hmi with panel was also installed.
SCADA Development
The existing SCADA system was updated to accommodate the secondary blender and graphics were changed From 3D to 2D For eye comfort and more effective control of the plant

HMI and Development
An additional HMI was installed and developed for control of the added blender
PLC and Software
The Current Siemens s7-300 was used and additional software was developed to accommodate the new blender, and additional recipe management system was also developed to assist with the addition of new recipes
