The focus and aim with the Skills Training Program is to get the young people job-ready in order to get successful job placements at the completion of the Training Program after 12 months. During this Program they get exposure to a wide range of topics which address their life skills via toolbox talks on personal growth, their home circumstances, budget coaching, workplace ethics, health and safety ethics, how to use hand tools & power tools, project planning, basic exposure to welding skills, plc panel drawing, building & wiring skills, Auto CAD & Solid Works Drawing skills, Lego Mind Storms, general factory automation skills exposure, job shadowing at factories and site visits under supervision of Automation Works technicians. We also assist them with the possibilities of future study courses at Northlink College, if so needed.
